We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project, and to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Instant estimates generated through our website (including measurements from the satellite map tool) are preliminary, non-binding, ballpark figures provided for planning purposes only. They are based on standard per-square-foot rates and the dimensions you supply.

A final, binding price requires a professional on-site evaluation and a written quote signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, base preparation, drainage, material availability, accessibility, and project specifications.

4. Scheduling & Performance

Paving and concrete work is weather-dependent. Start and completion dates are good-faith estimates and may shift due to weather, material supply, equipment availability, or conditions discovered on site. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes to your schedule.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your individual project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required to schedule and order materials for your project.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
• We accept the payment methods identified in your contract, which may include secure online payment.
• Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Ohio law.

6. Warranties

Neff Paving stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty applicable to your project — including its length and coverage — is described in your written contract. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from normal wear, improper use, neglect, failure to maintain the surface, ground movement, drainage issues outside our scope, or work performed by others.

Manufacturer warranties on materials, where applicable, are passed through to you and governed by the manufacturer's terms.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property and the work you need.
• Ensure clear, safe access to the work area on scheduled dates.
• Identify and disclose the location of private utilities, sprinkler lines, septic systems, and other underground features not marked by public locating services.
• Obtain any homeowners' association or private approvals required for your project.
• Keep vehicles, pets, and people clear of work areas and freshly placed surfaces during curing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neff Paving is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
